It will be huge...
2/17/13 by tonypar16
It will become a monster that's for sure. I will list every single movie I watch here. Yeah, this going to be nice, a change. Maybe I will write comments or reviews about them. Maybe maybe not maybe go fuck yourself(that was a reference and I will be very glad if you get it). I will also try to be honest, which means I will try to include every single stupid weird movie I happen watch.
Progress so far:
Heat: What a great movie that was... Thank you guy who recommended it.
Bad News Bears: I liked Thornton's performance. The movie was meh, but truth to be said, I kinda enjoyed it.
Rendition
The Watch: Stupid, but funny. It had many penis jokes so I approve.
Rock'n'Rolla
The mechanic: I love you Jason, you know I do. It was nice and had nice action, but the ending was terrible, IMO.
Intouchables: Very very nice movie. Really enjoyed it.
Safe
Ransom
The Italian Job: Many really great actors(and actresses) in this one. A very good film.
Salmon Fishing in the Yemen: Nice cute film. I really liked the first part of it. I also liked Ewan McGregor 's performance.
Shaun of the Dead: Here is a zombie apocalypse movie I enjoyed. Witty, with a balanced ending:neither very happy nor sad. I feel like the director did a very good job on this one.
The Saint
Margin Call: Great financial drama/thriller. A very strong cast with very strong performances, which make every characters' feelings to be easily displayed to the audience. The movie didn't really focus to explain what happened but how, which was nice.
Skyfall: I dunno. It seems like the creators of the new James Bond era are finally done building an image for James Bond and finally jump in some real action. But he's old now... So the half movie focuses on how Bond is getting over his last failure and the impact it and his aging has on him and the other half on a villain whose goal seems not enough to keep a whole movie alive. But I liked it. Fun fact: While watching the trailer, at a scene the villain's figure looked like Joker! What's fun is that his revengful & insane character is sometimes similar to Joker's one(or at leasr that's what I thought).
Seraphim Falls: Being a bad guy suits to Neeson just fine.
Looper: Even though I had heard this was a bad movie, I got to admit this was a very good one. Only bad thing is that every time a movie features timetraveling then I have to learn the whole logic and theory of this particular way of time traveling. But I really liked it.
Sherlock Holmes
Das Leben der Anderen/3
Fracture: I love these intelligent legal thrillers. This particulal one had also a bad guy Hopkins, a good guy Gosling and a great plot twist. And that's why I liked very much. Godammit Anthony, why are you such a great and creepy actor?
Batman Begins:Finally, a franchise of my favorite trilogy becomes a part of this list. Although I have watched it many many times, I still haven't got bored of it and still love it.(when I find some time I will write some stuff about it).
Saw I & II: I just don't get it... Why are those movies so underrated? The plot is good, the plot twists are even better... At first I was going to watch them because they were very gory and all, but they weren't; and the story still kept me interested. By the way, this comes from a guy who already knew more or less how it was going to end(and still was amazed by the endings).
Bernie: Jack Black was great at this one. I always liked him, to be honest. I find it shocking that this is a true story.
Bourne Legacy: I got to admit I didn't knew Jeremy Renner before this, but his performance great. It has been a long time since I last watched the previous franchises, so I can't compare them. But I liked this one. It had nice action and the plot ,although not so easy to keep up with, was interesting.
Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot: What the hell was I thinking when I watched this? And what was Stallone thinking when he played in this? And moreover what the hell were the writers thinking? I think it is noteworthy to say that I believe it wasn't the director's or the actor's fault that this was the result. The movies plot on the whole was really stupid...
Ben hur: What an epic film! It was really entertaining.I usually don't like this kind of films, but this one was great.
Les miserables: I wrote whole paragraph why I loved this movie and accidentally closed the tab... Maybe I will write again later...
Arbitrage: I've come to the conclusion Richard Gere is a very underrated actor. I watch his films and every time I notice his a great actor. Arbitrage was a really good movie. It kept my interest during the whole thing. A nicely done thriller.
Ironman 3
Great Expectations
The Patriot
I have lots to write, I think, about those three but I can't do it from mobile. Short version: The patriot is one of my top movies, great expectations was a good drama(I watched the BBC one) and Iron man was better than the other films of the series and of the best superhero movies I've seen with amazing visual effects
